Jupp Heynckes to let http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Danijel-Pranjic-c10154 leave during the winter transfer window - Bundesliga News
Bayern Munich defender Danijel Pranjic has finally revealed his frustration and wants to leave during the January transfer window. Pranjic accused Heynckes for ill-treating him since taking over from Louis van Gaal in July this year.
The Croatian international hasn’t had much action this season which has prompted him to reassess his Bayern future.
Heynckes, on the other hand, has denied such allegations, allowing the player to leave in January. The manager told that it isn’t easy to cement a place in the presence of big name players and Pranjic needs to be patient, else, he could leave.
Pranjic reckoned that the best option is to find a new club in order to get regular first team action under his belt. The player also admitted to his frustration due to lack of first team chances at Allianz-Arena.
The former Heerenveen player used to be an integral part of the Bavarians set up during Van Gaal’s reign but since his departure, the defender has rarely spent time on the pitch.
While talking to Spox on Pranjic’s desire to leave during winters, Heynckes further enthused, "Normally I'd only let a player leave in January over my dead body. If Danijel wishes to leave, though, he can."
The player, despite blaming his manager, showed gratitude to him for allowing him to leave prior to the end of his contract. He has not been contacted by any club as yet but wished to play either in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011.
Danijel, while talking to Bild, concluded the talks by saying, "This season is going very badly for me. Maybe I need to look for a new team, this is an option. I want to play. I think I will leave in the winter."
The 29-year-old has 48 league appearances under his belt for Bayern so far, bagging a solitary goal in return. He earned his http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Croatia-c2879 debut in 2004 and has 39 international caps to his name until now.
It will be decided in two months time whether Pranjic will leave or stay at Allianz-Arena.
