Treble winning coach, Jupp Heynckes, confirms retirement by announcing that he will not join another club, while supporting the appointment of Pep Guardiola at the Allianz Arena.
Legendary boss, Heynckes, has put an end to his managerial career by saying that he will retire after his spell with Bayern Munich. He guided the Bavarian giants to a historic treble by winning the league title, DFB-Pokal and Champions
League last season.
"I'm somewhat against finality," the former Borussia Monchengladbach striker was quoted as saying in an interview.
Der FCB are among the seven clubs in Europe who have won the league, cup and European championship in one season. Nevertheless, the talented coach has decided to quit the game as Guardiola is about to replace him.
"But I can say it for sure, I will not coach a team again. I've had a dignified exit from football," the former Real Madrid and Athletic Bilbao head coach added.
Heynckes claimed that he does not like to end things but he confirmed that he will not join another club ever again. This is because he feels the time is right to end his association with the game after achieving so much in the
last campaign.
"It's the right decision," he continued.

On the other hand, Heynckes stated that he would have been interested in prolonging his stay with the club if they had not signed Pep. However, it is still a good decision as Bayern have signed a good replacement for him and they
will progress even further now.
