  1. A month.

  2. It depends on the method of the Clerk of the Court, the number of jurors who have been obtained from the registered voter's lists, the number of prior cases which required jurors and the size of the jury pool. If you receive a letter from the Clerk, it is usually within a two to four week period when you will have to appear. Time is given for those who need to be excused to support their need.

  3. it depends on the case and stuff

some are about a week from the date

my sister received a letter for that and her date to attend was about 5 months from the day she received the letter

dont worry in the letter u receive it says the date u need to appear at court to serve duty

  4. Varies a lot. And, of course, the "start date" usually means that's the date they start picking panels not juries. Sure this varies by county, state, etc.

  5. 12 hours was the shortest notification I have gotten. Usually it's about 1 week before the "appear" date.
