  1. never ever

  2. Tell them you're a felon (or whoever it is).  You'll beon your way home so fast it'll make your head spin.  I'm surprised a convicted felon even got chosen for jury duty.  Must have been a mix up.

  3. In Indiana, a felon can serve on a jury, even if s/he is still on probation...  In Indiana, felons can vote, too, as long as they are not incarcerated at the time of the election...

You might just run a quick Google search of your state's name and "jury duty" and see if you can find a site similar to the first one I linked that will provide you with information specific to your situation...

    EDIT:

I see from another question you asked that you're from Arkansas...  In Arkansas, apparently, you may be called to serve if you are at least 18 years old, a United States citizen, a resident of Arkansas and the county from which you are summoned, and a registered voter...

However, to be a registered voter in Arkansas, you must not be a convicted felon whose sentence has not been discharged or pardoned...

So it sounds like if the person is still on probation, they are not eligible to serve on a jury because they're not eligible to vote...  Once that probation is discharged, though, the person should regain both abilities...

  4. yeah, you can never serve on a jury with a felony...you cant vote either!

  5. They will send you home.
