Just Cause Xbox 360 Achievement Bug?

Question

I'm going for the "Freedom Fighter" achievement where you must liberate 11 provinces. I'm pretty sure I've done atleat 15 provinces but still no sign of the achievement. Is this a bug?

If you are not connected to xbox live there was a patch that resolved that issue however if you are then it may just be a scratch on the disk, if you are desperate though phone microsoft support and they will sort out your problem

thts happend 2 me more than once just take it back 2 the shop and say it didnt give me the achievements and they will give u ur money bck
