USC would barely be over 500 if they played in the SEC. The SEC dominates every conference in the entire nation. We will win the national championship. The University of Georgia. We are ready and prepared for the upcoming season.

I hate to say it but the Gators are going to win because Tim Tebow is that good. He will be only the 2nd player ever to win the heisman back to back.

Dang!!!  I was hoping somebody would say Ohio State so I could bash them!!!  I'm going to go once again for LSU.  They have a very favorable schedule this year.  Almost as easy as Ohio States' schedule last year.

Not Ohio State, they have shown twice that they cant hang with the best. They will prolly get there, then get spanked by Georgia.

Not LSU, they have a couple of holes on defense and no QB.

Not Florida, they have 6 players with torn ACL's in the past two weeks. They have  ZERO depth at safety and will be starting two true freshman on the defensive line and an unproven defense altogether. Harvin still isnt 100% and Teblow will have a huge target on his back this year.

Not USC, Sanchez is out, even if he makes it back he hasnt shown a thing thus far in his career. Mcknight is electric but he wont be enough. I sure hope they beat Ohio State but I dont see them making it all the way undefeated.

Georgia, this team is loaded everywhere. They just lost their starting LT for the season which hurts but Stafford and Moreno will handle their business. UGA is my pick.

I'm going to take Georgia.  The SEC is far and away the best conference in college football.  It is a brutal conference to play in, but I think that UGA  will make it through the SEC and play in the National Title game.  They've got arguably one of the more underrated passers in college football, Matthew Stafford and they've got a young stud at running back by the name of Knowshon Moreno.  Those two pieces are going to be huge in getting them to the National Title game.  Some other teams I'm going to keep my eyes on, USC, Arizona State(they can compete with USC), Ohio State, LSU, Wisconsin(sorry homer pick).

I'm guessing whoever wins the Ohio State vs. USC game will end up winning the national championship too.

The SEC has a lot of great teams, several of which might likely beat OSU or USC in week 3, but those SEC teams are going to beat up on each other too much this year in the regular season to win a national championship game in January IMO.

Andrew, USC is 3-0 vs the SEC in recent history, and beat 2 division winners. The closest game was 23-0, at Auburn. Why would you think they can't compete in the SEC, other than you don't get out much? Good luck next season, and good job not getting arrested like 8 of your teamates.

It's way to early to tell. This season, with the way the schedules are, I think some odd team will win. I wouldn't be suprised to see a WVU/Wisconsin national championship. WVU should beat Auburn, then run the table in a decent(i.e. good enough to get some computer points) big east. Wisconsin has a relatively easy schedule. OSU returns 20 starters off a team that went to back to back NCs, and USC starts a new qb and 4 new OL. So it wouldn't be a shocker to see OSU beat USC, and then lost to Wisconsin at night, on the road. That win would give Wisconsin all the cred they need to make the NC if undefeated, and I don't see anyone coming out of the SEC or Big 12 undefeated.
