Ok so here is my first question:

Is All Hallows Eve Halloween Night or the night before Halloween

How do you celebrate All Hallows Eve?

All Hallow's Eve is the night before All Saints Day, which is November 1. Therefore, All Hallow's Eve, or Halloween, is always October 31.  Personally, I celebrate by going out of town to a city with a fun celebration (Salem, MA, this year), or by staying at home and watching horror movies with my dogs and friends while giving out candy to trick or treaters. I decorate the house and yard quite extensively.
