Just a few days ago I got hit on my mouth by someones head and I started bleeding.?

My tooth felt really loose and when people looked at it it looked like it moved. I have braces also. I'm gonna make an appointment witht the dentist..but i was just wondering if its loose from the hit or is it because the braces leaves ur teeth loose?

I am a dental hygienist and I would say that it is because of the hit.  Braces don't don't make your tooth so loose that you can see it moving.  It is a good idea to make an appointment with your dentist just to see how traumatized the tooth is.  They will take an x ray to see if the ligament around the tooth is swollen.  If it is, they will have to keep and eye on it and possibly put you on an antibiotic.
