What is the similarity between Napoleon and Jones?

As far as I remember (haven't read it for years) they're basically both tyrants.  Napoleon uses the threat of Jones's return to convince the animals that his dictatorship, while brutal, gives them a better life than they would under Jones.

Though Napoleon helps chase Jones from the Manor farm resulting into animal farm, Napoleon used Lies and Intrigue to sideline his compatriot in struggle Snowball. Napoleon uses the same tyrannical methods to rule the animal farm. In the process Napoleon sells Boxer to the butchers despite Boxers hard work.

Napoleon goes against every rule that was originally set claiming that all Animals are equal but some are more equal than others.

So the Human rule which was similar to jones' returns to the Animal farm only that it was presided over by an Animal.
