Just a question for my Cousin . . .?

He has just started at PwC and is too afraid to ask anyone there so I will ask here, he want to know how long it takes to become a partner in the company - he has 2 Degree's (PPE and Law) 3 Master (Economics, Law and MBA) He also has a PHD in Accounting and will finish his ACA in 2.5 years. I work for KPMG, it took me 14 yearsto become a partner (After my FCA) is it the same for PwC?

I told him to try for 10 years . . . is that abit too fast?
