If you need a titling app because your editor's titling isn't good enough, have a play with BluffTitler.

To bleep out unwanted noises, add the bleep on another audio track and adjust the relative volumes.

Pretty much any video editor allows adding titles or credits. Or, you can write the credits on something and tape it, then add that to the start (titles) or the end (credits). Subtitles need to use the editor's functions...
