Just been to the dentist and had some work how long does it take for the numbness to go?

I had 3 injections to numb my mouth 2 on one side how long does it take for the nubness to go?

depends on what type of injection they gave you, if your tongue and lower lip are numb, probley 4-5 hours, if its you upper lip and gum just a couple of hours,

It starts to fade after an hour and is gone completely within 4-6 hours.

I had 2 injections at the dentist at 9am this morning and was fully functional again by about 11:30 ish.  Started to fade after about an hour though.

Give it about 4 hours or more. You should notice a gradual return of feeling  at the end of each hour you wait.

It's annoying, I know.
