You didnt close the cap all the way, left it open to long? Or its cheap nail polish, hope i helped

well some nail polishes dry some and tend to thicken.. try adding a few drops of water into the nail polish bottle, it will thin it out!

either it was cheap, or u didnt close the top tightly.

what u can do to prevent it next time, i put ur nailpolishes in the fridge.

lower temperatures helps the nail polish last alot longer then in room tenperature.
