Just bought a cannondale r400 road bike on ebay. i'm about 5'10.5. the bike is 56 cm. will that be a good fit?

this is my first road bike..just sold my mountain bike (didn't use it for mountain biking) and picked this up after attempting to do a dualthon with a mountain bike..BAD MISTAKE. i plead ignorance!

Might be a bit small, but it depends on how you are built.  If you have shorter legs, it should be fine.
