Just bought a new playstation 3 and cnt connect to tv?

i have a rca tv and im connecting the playstation to the tv and it doesnt show the playstationscreen

you gotta go to the settings.....then video settings...select the kind of wires u are using...(HDMI,component, etc.)...then just fallow the instructions and...that should be it...good luck and enjoy!!!

If you get no signal at all from the PS3 then try checking you are on the correct input on your TV with another device. Aside from that, if it didn't work out of the box it's gonna be a warranty issue. Talk to Sony about it. Sry
