ive got to put in my old account that i had on my old xbox, and its come up that 'bgidrfobgdriokfg' < loads of random letters has already used this email address. but that isnt my gamertag ?

what should i do?

as i have alot, and i mean alot of gamepoints.

go to recover gamertag then your details then your points and that will apear
