Just bought a red toyota matrix, and want to get it painted blue. how much you think it will cost?

I want to get my car painted so it doesnt stick out so much. everyone tells me red cars get more tickets, and since i just got my license im not willing to risk it.

I want to get it done professionally so i dont s***w it up. but dont know where to look and wondering about prices...

if you have any advice i could use it. thanks so much

That's an old wives tale. I drove a red truck for 13 years and a red car for 10 yrs and got no tickets. Red cars don't get tickets, bad drivers do.You will ruin the value of your car by changing the color. And to do it right so it will last it will cost a lot of money. Aprox $1500. give or take. If you get a cheap paint job it will look  bad in a short period of time. Don't listen to your friends as they don't know what they are talking about. Wash, wax and enjoy your clean red car as red is one of the best colors when kept up..................UJN

Cars that speed get more tickets, which may just happen to be red.

Painting would probably be 3-4 thousand for the whole car.

Any place would probably give you an estimate for free.
