Just bought a remote control airplane, Super Cub RTF Hobbyzone, having problems with maiden voyage, need help!

Question

Ok so I get it all put together, I discharge the battery completely and recharge completely. I adjust all the trim. And Im off to the field out back of my house.

Right off the bat the thing nose dives. I have ACT On by the way.

Wind Speeds - 7-10mph.

Outdoor Temp 107 degrees.

Finally got it airborne, and the thing just would not climb even when pulling back on the stick all the way.

What gives, I thought for 159 dollars, this thing would fly like a champ like on the youtube.com videos.

Please any advice

hi mate well ive got a super club and i dont think the act is a good ideair always turn the act off!!!!!!!!!!! wen taking of wen u get really high the put the act on and be carful
