  1. Go to radio shack and pick up an adapter


  2. you should be able to get an adapter that will convert the RCA jacks to the mini plug you need for your headphones. Radio Shack is probably the most widely known store to get an adapter like that. Then you may have to mute the TV or select the correct audio output in the settings.
