Just bought an acer aspire

Question

just bought an acer aspire ax1200-b1581a.it worked fine for a few days now it will pop up there was a problem with the internet and shut the itnernet down,it started out going blue screen and at the bottom of the blue screen it said something about crash dumping files.it kept restarting itsself.i reset it to a previous time now just the internet shuts down.any ideals ?
