Just bought this Spidem Trevi Express Plus...

Try to make a coffee but it never did. Water seems to stay in the plastic thank. Maybe it`s the valve who stays closed. I don`t know. Very disappointed. Brand new and not working. Do you have a suggestion?Thank you in advance,Pierrette
