Just broke with my ex and now feeling down bout what i did...grl help please?

Ok broke with my ex gf a month or so ago. Even tho i know its for the best and is what i wanr i still really miss her even tho she hates me now and no chance of getting back together. I just stumbled across some old photos of me and her and am feeling really down...need some words of support please, had a cry etc but cnt get her out of my head...:( thanks
