Question:

Just curious, but why do some people take showers and baths with just a bar of soap, without washcloths?

Yes, everyone bathes in their own way, but soap itself doesn't clean every area and removed dead skin and dirt. It just lays on the skin if it isn't wiped away with a soapy cloth. Washing your body is different from washing your hands, because there are fold of skin that need to be washed inside and out.

  1. Some people will always insist that the way they do things is the correct way.

So I try to avoid those people.

  2. Because it isn't needed.  When you wash your hands you don't use a washcloth so why would you need one for a shower or bath.  If your hands are clean enough to eat with by just washing with soap, doesn't that mean that washing with soap makes your body clean enough too?

  3. Laziness?...and all they really need is the smell of the soap..not its sole purpose to help cleanse the body. :)

  4. In my case the washcloths upsets my skin, I cant even use a bar of soap because of the ingredients I have to use always a liquid soap. Genetics I guess..

  5. because having to put soap on the washcloth, rinse out the washcloth after etc. is just too much phaffing around. Why would you bother? It must double the time a shower takes!

  6. Many people do that. I do that myself. I guess people just have different ways of washing.

  7. bcuz they think that useing the bar of soap without the washcloths gets them cleaner?

    o.O?

    i dunno x.x
