Just curious....Given what little information is known, what do you think really happened to the missing......

2 year old from Florida. Can you ever imagine not reporting a missing child for nearly a month????

I pray to never be in that situation and I pray for that little girl. I assume that the parents were involved, but I am not well informed enough to make that assessment.

Honestly the only thing I know about what happened is what I have seen on here.  We don't have TV in our house and we do not read any newspapers because of the bias in the reporting so we get all of our news from online sources.  Well, my husband gets the news from his online sources and then we talk about it later usually.

I am not sure what happened, pretty sure mom had something to do with it.  You don't act suspicious without having something to act suspicious about, unless your in a movie, and unfortunately for this little girl she is not an actress and this is is not a movie.

The mother is young. I doubt we will ever know the full story. She may be ashamed and just covering things up.

If my daughter was missing for over 30 seconds and I couldn't find her I would be on the phone crying hysterically to 911 to dispatch every police unit available to find her.

I think the child's mom killed her. She is difinitely hiding something with all the "run around" stories she keeps telling police. As soon as I realized my child was missing, I would be calling 911.

Well I think that the mom is hiding something....Maybe something accidental happened and shes afraid to tell. My gut says she knows. That poor baby girl. If my son was missing the entire world would know in 5 minutes

I'm 13 and was watching this case with my mom. It's so sad. Not even being a mother, I couldn't imagine not reporting my child missing for a day, let alone a MONTH!

I think that Casey (who was a party girl I heard) felt her daughter was holding her back. She killed her daughter (possibly with the help of her boyfriend). Casey went off missing so that the grandma didn't report the child missing (assuming that Casey and Caylee were together). This gave the body time to decompose. Now then when Casey came back and Caylee wasn't with her grandma started to freak. She then reported Caylee missing. After the daughter was reported missing, Casey told the grandma what really happened. Now the grandma is like oh c**p I just got my daughter into trouble. So now, she is lying to police to cover up for her.

Just my mom's guess though.
