I think blue eyes with long lashes just need a pinkish shade whereas black,big eyes need a bit of red!!!

depends on the woman. some woman who have dark lash's and eye brows can be VERY s**y without any make up. while others who apply it right, can look very s**y with more make up on the eyes.

Depending on what the woman is wearing. A themed gown is better with makeup on eyes just like what the theme is. But a shirt and a jeans and a makeup in the eye? That's not nice.

I believe a female is more beautiful if she only slightly enhances the beauty God already gave her, unless she is really pal-or due to illness, and even then she doesn't have to over do it, but be happy with God's beauty.
