are there any natural laxitives??? i was told tooth paste lol it cracks me up!

  1. The best thing to do is to avoid things which only address the symptoms, and instead, seek to remedy the underlying problem.  You just need to regulate the digestive system.  Simply increase the amount of insoluble fiber you consume.  Things like raw carrots, celery and cauliflower pass through the system incredibly quickly, and push everything else out as they travel.  Baby carrots have certain advantages, in that when you purchase a bag of them, they require no prepping, and you can easily see (ew) when they start working.


  2. PRUNE JUICE, PRUNE JUICE AND PRUNE JUICE!!

    All natural, none better and safer.

  5. A natural way is to put FIBER in your diet. Wheat Germ is wonderful put it on ice cream,cereal or by the spoonful, phylum husk to cleanse your body, whole grain breads(NO WHITE) theres fiber in beans

  6. my MIL says sugar free choc. does that  I dint eat it so cant say if its true for everyone but  every ones body reacts to something different
