Just curiouse is there any good reason for a man to leave his girlfriend or wife while she is pregnant ???

Just wanna know why some guys leave there girlfriends or wives while there pregnant with there child is there really any good excuse for it ...???

Oh Its just his way of telling her he doesnt have the balls big enough to look after her and her baby!...unless he was a really legit reason thats the bottom line!..I challenge anyone whos done it before to say otherwise..(remembering it has to be a "really legit reason"..being g*y can be counted as one of them...but then again you can be g*y and still look after your baby!!)

It hurts..i could only imagine..(if my husband left me while i was pregnant..I would be in jail...) but then again...If hes gonna be the type of person to leave, why have such a loser in yours and babys life anyway!!..

I would take on the whole "you werent good enough to be my babys daddy anyway...B*A#$%!!" attitude...i have my nose to high up in the air and too much self pride and love to be down in the gutter where hed want me to be!!...puh-leeze..My world will keep spinning even if i have to get out and push it round myself!!!...

That would be my approach to the situation...Its not really the answer to your question but its a possible way of dealing with it, it'll be how id deal with it!..cause it all starts with selflove...once you deal with yourself you could deal with anything!..all you'll need is yourself and your baby.

I guess only if she cheated on him while she was carrying his child...that is the only excuse I can think of...

Most guys just leave because they are pathetic and don't want to man up to their responsibilities

Of course there's not a good reason (unless the woman cheats or is abusive or something).  That being said, I don't think a man should have to stick around JUST because the woman is pregnant.  The man has an obligation to that child for the rest of its life, but if the relationship with the woman is failing..... well, you get the point.

He doesn't want to be "confined" to her because of the child (bearing his and her DNA).

This is, of course, heinous, but you can blame society. Women really like the rebellious, "player" type guys. If this persists guys will always abandon. Men do what they do because they know they can get away with it and not be penalized by some kind of stigma to get in the way of other relationships. If society were more unforgiving, men would be more responsible.

wish i knew, my first husband of 4 yrs left when I told him I was preggo.  my second "fiancee" left when I told him I was preggo, he went and joined the navy!! lol.  my current husband of 7 yrs has been around for everything.

No...absolutely not my b/f left me when i got pregnant...it was the most horrible thing in the whole world but don't let it get you down life goes on and things get better. I promise life isn't over and don't feel alone this has happened to many people.

No, there is no excuse. I got left at 7 months pregnant, and it was the worst thing. They could at least stay and help you through the rest of your pregnancy, even if they don't intend to stay around after. They usually come around afterwards anyways.
