actually it was a text message from an unknown sender which was sent to me twice, almost 2 months apart. i've asked visayan friends to tanslate but said it wasn't their language.

appreciate if you can translate. thanks.

It's definitely Ilocano. I'm Visayan, so I know it isn't Visayan. I don't know the meaning of those two questions, but I hear Ilocanos talking here where I live a lot to know that it sounds like Ilocano.
