  1. No, it is better you take D vitamin, go outside when it is sunny or eat liver of fat fishes> More natural

  2. B12 helps with converting fuel (food) to energy in your body.  Its often found in large amounts in stress formula vitamins because stress affect your ability to convert food to energy.

Vitamin D is the new "in" vitamin - if your doctor says take it then do so - it's cheap and important for bones!

Also, chances are you will always be deficient so you might want to look into a daily multivitamin!

  3. Remember, Vitamin D is needed for absorbing of calcium. Without vitamin D, calcium does little or no good. The sun proberly won't give you enough vitiman D.

B12 is another vitamin, it sjould help with the fatigue.

  4. The vitamin D will help your symptoms if they are a result of the deficiency.  B12 is a B vitamin that is essential in nerve cell metabolism  and normal red blood cell formation.  Hypothyroidism does cause fatigue, but fatigue is so nonspecific that it could be anything.  Did you have a full deficiency screening?  Low iron, B12, and folic acid levels can all cause fatigue, so they might be areas to look into with your doctor.

    Good luck!
