Just found out i have an eternal interview for a checkout supervisor job!?

problem is i dont really know what they will ask i know they will ask why i want the job etc but i know im quite quiet and for this interview i need to show that i will do the job,but what if i do get the job,but fail at it??

They might ask you why you think you will be good at that position. And they might ask things like  "What if...." What would you do...? So if they ask ones like that just think of the situation and answer. You will be fine. Just answer truthfully. Good luck!

College would be way cooler and you will get a better job than "check out supervisor"

I doubt you can fail at a slightly higher than minimum wage job.  Although the good news is, if you do perform just a little better than average you might land the sweet and coveted job of Service Desk supervisor!

Hope you mean internal not eternal!   (Sorry, couldn't resist it).   I think the main question is whether or not you really want the job.   Where do you see yourself in five years' time?   They might ask about your ambitions, life plan and so on.   Do you have one or do you just drift?   If you don't really want the job you might not succeed at it.   Although my experience in all this is very limited I would say that it might be difficult to supervise people who were previously your equals and friends.   Dunno if that's the case here but you need to check that you will get management support in this.   Would they send you on people management training courses?

if you cant get a job as a checkout chick, you are doomed for life
