Just found out my daugsund has a slip disk. i cant afford sugury. well she be ok with out it?

If they put her on steriods she may be ok. it will take a few weeks for her back to calm down & you will have to watch her diet as the meds will make her more hungry than doxies already are. She will needs lots of rest, no playing carry her out to use the potty, keep her away from other animals & kids. the most important part is to keep her weight under control, keep her from jumping off furniture.
