Contact your local Department of Human Resources. They can assign you a case worker and help you get an ammended child support order or a new order if you don't already have one.

Do you have a child support case open already on him? If so, contact your child support worker. They can set him up to pay arrears plus what he should be paying right now. If not, file for child support.
