I've just been routing through a tin of old coins and found two 19th century coins.

They are:

1852 Bank Of Upper Canada Half Penny.

1866 Vittorio Emanuele II RE D' Italia coin. 10 centisimi.

I'm not getting my hopes up but if anyone knows anything on this subject I'd love to hear,or a link to a site please?

I've tried Ebay completed listings but found nothing,

Thanks.

  1. The 1852 Canadian token is valued at from $4 to $28 depending on it's grade. Well worn ones sell in the $4 rage and nice ones in the extra fine range sell for the $28. it is not a rare item unless in very high grades. The Italian 1866 10 Centesimi depends on the mint mark on it if any. It is located on the reverse at the bottom under the wreath. The M, H, N, OM and T the coins sells for as little as .50 in low grades to around $5 or so in upper grades. The one with no mint mark is scarce and it's value starts at $15 and goes up from there depending on grade.
