  2. While it is not so much the fitness book or dvd products that give you the results, it is your dedication and committment to exercising that will give you the best results.  This is the hardest part of any exercise - committment.

    I have read some of the reviews and they say it is a good workout; you should start off slow if you haven't worked out in awhile.  What is really great about the aerobic exercises, is that you do feel more energized once you workout is complete.

    Don't just commit to 30 Days, make it a goal to make exercise a habit and part of your daily routine.  If not daily, at least 4-5 days a week.
