Just got a terrrrible bikini wax and have to finish the job myself. any tips?

I think the b*tch even broke a vein!!!

didn't want to complain as she was in charge of the waxing.lol.didn't want any more pain.

anyway, can someone share some tips with me? I am not looking forward to this.

I've taken nurofen, will hold the skin taught, and have talcom powder if that helps?

yes put the talk on, stretch that leg. I find it best to lie on the edge of the bed and let the one leg touch the floor(pulls it tight) then use your one hand to pull  by the pant line. Just quick to get it over with.

I then have to go and have a drink to forget about the pain before doing the other side

i knw how u feel love. im crossing my legs as i type this lol.

put talcom powder 1st and than wax and make sure the wax is hot and after waxing apply oil so its not sticky.

also do it quickly hurts less!

Really you should leave it a few days before touching it to be honest or you are gonna be in worse pain than you already are! was the wax too hot or was she just a maniac? Ive had this happen to me on a few occasions and I sometimes wonder if one they can see or shud visit specsavers or if they are qualified at all! call the place up and tell them ur in agony after the waxing ask what qualifications the female had and ask for a full refund tell them you are having to go to the doc and take painkillers and that you have been waxed before and never been in this pain like you are now demand the cash back ur entitled to it and if they offer u a free treatment take it, but tell them you will not take another waxing session from them but maybe u will take a facial steer clear of the acid peels by the sounds of it! if you really must try waxing again if u put talc on it first u wont be able to grip the hair properly the wax is supposed to get down to the bottom of the hair follicle this is why Im asking you to leave it a few days if u can till the redness and pain settles then try again! sorry to hear u had a bad experience Gilly x
