  1. I believe it's made with Guava.

  2. You probably had a batido de cas (fruit drink with sour guava). The cas is the spanish name for the sour guava, which is super hard to find in the US, if that's where you're located.  Try it with other fruits.  I usually use mango (it's my favorite fruit.  A delicious smoothie alternative.

    Here's a recipe:

    1 1/2 cups crushed ice

    1 cup diced seeded watermelon

    2 slices watermelon (for garnish)

1 cup diced cas - sour guava

    1 tablespoon sweetened condensed milk

    1-2 tablespoon sugar

    1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

    Directions

1In blender, combine all ingredients except watermelon garnish.

    2Process until smooth.

3Taste for sweetness, adding sugar or lime juice as desired.

4Pour mixture into tall glass and garnish with watermelon wedge.

    Good stuff, very refreshing.

  3. Cas Guava (Psidium friedrichsthalium), a species of guava that grows in Costa Rica, and has edible fruit with an acidic taste.

Check out the second source below...especially!
