Just got braces..can i eat sushi?

of course having trouble with a lot of food.

would sushi be soft enough to eat?

honestly, I had braces when I was in middle school (a long time ago) and I ate pretty much everything, even chewed gum...and my teeth turned out to be just fine... -perfect- at that...

I ate sushi when I had braces... while the rice and seaweed may stick to your braces a little, everything in susi is soft, so it shouldn't damage your braces. The worst that will happen is you'll have to floss like CRAZY! :)

Depends on what kind of sushi you get.  Either the sea weed wrapped or the regular with no sea weed.  Anyways, I've had braces before and I ate sushi.  You should be fine. :)
