  1. breathing incorrectly?

  2. You might have a chest infection or be asthmatic, i suggest to make an appointment with your doc, don't worry x

  3. It could be due to many health issues. One it could be that you have asthma or sports related asthma. I have a case where when I am running and it is cold, or I am really stressed out, my throat tends to close and I can't take in as much air. I sit out and start to cough. 2 min after my throat opens and I'm set to go. When you run, try to take short breaths(works for me).

  4. Hmm, have you talked to your doctor about it? I do that, but that is because I have asthma.

  5. you could have a minor case of asthma, also if your breathing really hard your throat can just be irritated so scuk on a cogh drop...

  6. You might have exercised induced asthma.  There is medication for it, so I'd call your doctor and make an appointment.  Don't rely on us here on Y!A for that serious of a condition.

  7. you probaly don't have asthma like some of the previous have said

if you breathe in and out through your mouth when you run then that's probaly the cause of it

  8. you dont smoke do you? and if you do stop and keep running but if you dont go and see your doc....  good luckk

  9. its just that your short of breath and your lungs are still getting used to that. no big shiiz. it'll go away soon ( :
