Just got hired at starbucks! Need help!?

Hello everyone! I'm 17. I just recently recieved a call from starbucks telling me I got the job..I'm so excited to be a barista and I have been doing alot of reseach online to get a head start. But I haven't been able to find any training guides or recipies. Can anyone help me? Or give some advice to prepare me for my first day Monday?

Sadly, Starbucks doesn't post recipes or guides that you can find online but you will get a WHOLE lot of training books, trust me. :)

You: Hey what do u want?

Customer:I would Like a Cafe vanilla frap. Vinte plz

You:wow thats a lot of coffee.

Customer: OH! im leavin!

Manager: Your fired!!

WHAT YOU SHOLD DO

You:Hello welcome to Starbucks how may I help you?

Customer: I would like a Vanilla Bean Grande.

You: right on it

(makes vanilla bean)

You: here you go

Customer:thank you(pays)

Manager: Great job on your first day!

BTW i like the cafe vanilla frap. tall

Congrads on the new job! You sound like you have done well in preparing yourself. You just need to relax! You will get trained when you get there, they aren't going to throw you out there. Just remember to be nice to the customers and smile! You will do fine!! Good Luck!

Tall = Small

Grande = Medium

Venti = Large

You'll get plenty of training your first week or two at Starbucks. Don't sweat it, they'll teach you everything. Just smile, and have a great time! Starbucks is so chill, you'll get a lot of cool people coming through. Congrats on the job!

You will do fine they will give you plenty of training and u will have a learning coach and starbucks for the most part hire happy friendly partners (employees) we call each other partners and we all help each other out.... congrats! welcome to the family!
