I just started learning to play the drums (all i have is a set of sticks, practice pad and i use an online metronome). My left hand and fingers are a lot weaker than my right and i was wondering if one of those gripmaster things would help me, any suggestions??

  1. Just keep practicing. it will take you some time to build up your muscles.

Alot of times you may feel like "well, maybe if i buy this i will play better".

There is no substitute for frequent and effecient practice!

No matter how boring it is to do, you will be glad in the end that you practiced so much.

  2. I had the same problem when i started 5 years ago. Your muscles arent adapted to the excessive movements. If you keep doing it, they will adapt and you'll be able to play for hours.

And if you need a starters drum kit, but you cant afford a good one, do what i did. FIRST ACT DISCOVERY DRUMSET.

If you look it up, it should have 1 ride, 1 hi hat, 1 floor tom, 1 tom, 1 snare, and one bass.

This is all mini, but its how i learned for a cheap price.
