Just got ipod touch how do i put films and videos and tv programes on it??

i have limewire and itunes.... dont have a clue how to do it......help!

When you plug your iPod touch in itunes, click on the tabs movies/ TV shows... and choose the ones you want to upload.

Assuming you already have downloaded AVI video files from limewire etc...

You then need  AVI to IPOD convertor from VIDEORA to convert to mp4. Its a free program. google search it.

Once converted it open iTunes and saves them in Movies ready for syncing to ipod. Very very easy, I use it all the time.

The legal route is to purchase them through iTunes.

Your films have to be converted to the MP4 format and then you can add them to your library via itunes just like you do your music.

Alternatively, after converting, you can start playing the film, then go to "File" and select "add to library" then they will be in your itunes folder ready to drag and drop into your itouch.

LIMEWIRE IS ILLEGAL! hah. jk (: i have it too. well, it's rare that a tv show or movie that you find on limewire is going to download right or work with your iPod, so i would just buy them off of iTunes.

Once you buy them, they go into the purchased folder.

Click on the the folder,

click on the film,

drag and drop it onto your iPod!

add them into your library- file>add folder or add file.

They need to be in your documents.

The ipod touch only allows videos. The rest have to stay on your itunes I think.

get videora for windows and isquint for mac...

convert the movies to mp4....

then go file, when in itunes when your ipod touch is connected, file > add file or movie > select your converted movie

You go to the ITunes and on the left part of the screen there should be a button you can click that says ITunes store. Once that is opened you go on the far left corner of the screen and it has music, videos, tv shows and etc. But you need to be sur you have an account with money in it and your signed in.

but the videos downloaded from YouTuBe is flv format,ipod accepts only mp4 videos,so u need a professional third

also you can merge the episodes into one file

plug in your iPod to computer and open iTunes ,the iTunes will detect your iPod ,you can add your videos to iTunes by select 'Add to Library' from the File menu or drag and drop the videos from your computer.Then,you can click 'Apply' to synchronize your iPod or you can choose the videos you want to add from the iTunes's video menu and drag and drop to the video menu of iPod.

ps:i don't suggest you to synchronize ur new videos as all of your preexist iPod videos will be covered. just drag and drop the videos you want to add from ur iTunes to ur iPod video menu.
