Just got my new beardie need help?

Question

i just got a new bearded dragon he about 5 inches long from head to end of his tail... how old is he

and i set his tank up.. he hasd 3 big rocks and a 75W large lamp on the one side of his tank... his tank is 18 high 39 inches long and 12 inches deep he is ont paper rite now until i get him repti carpet.. he has a water dish and greens and crickets available to him

greens all day crickets 3 times a day for 10 minuts each time... what else should i get what eslse do i need?

your good. Your tank is a bit odd to say the least. What is it?

I would have reccomended you a 40 breeder. It is wider so the lizard may turn easier. You may have the wrong dimensions on your cage.

a 55 tank which is acceptable for an adult is 48 inx12inx18in.

A 20l which is acceptable for a juvenile is 30inx12x12

a 29g which is acceptable for a juvenile is 30x12x18

Do you have supplements. NO SAND. do you have a UVB bulb? it is very important for the metabolization of calcium.

You must get a reptisun 10.0 strip bulb. All others have faulty coatings.

i dont think you need anything else. my friend has one and i take care of it all the time and thats what he hasin his tank
