Okay, so i have a few questions.

Like when does the bleeding stop? Im kind of still bleeding..

How long before I can eat normal food? Right now im on like a jello&soup diet. + water..

How long will i be in pain? Because i start school in like 4 days, i hope i can function normally by than.

None of my friends ever had to get surgery to get these suckers out, so they are no help.

  1. The bleeding should stop in about three to four hours from the time of extraction. You might be spotting a bit after that, but you shouldn't be bleeding too much. You should probably stick to the clear or creamy soups, jello, water, mashed potatoes, etc for two to three days because you want to minimize the chances of food particles getting stuck in the sockets. Also, I would advise not to eat anything too hot or too spicy, because that definitely irritates the site of extraction. It's important to make sure the blood clot that forms in the socket to remain intact, so don't swish water in your mouth, use a straw for a few days or do anything that could otherwise dislodge the clot.

You shouldn't be in pain after the first day, but it will be uncomfortable for a couple days after that. You should be fine in four days, though.

    Hope this helps!

    Best of luck to ya

  2. The bleeding can last as long as up to 24 hours after the surgery. But as the bleeding dials down, and you barely have any blood, you don't have to wear the gauzes in your mouth when you go to sleep tonight. Other than that, you should keep the gauzes in during the day as long as you still have blood.

You should wait at least a week and a half before you eat normal foods that are solid. For now just stick to your liquids and semi-solid/soft foods. You can eat ice cream, milkshakes, yogurt, soup, porridge, jello, pudding, etc. Just soft things and avoid hot things too. This will melt your stitches.

The pain and swelling is at its worst 3 to 5 days after the surgery. But it's different for everybody. For me, I actually had no pain or no swelling even. I was able to function normally right after the surgery. Some people will get progressively worse, but it all depends on each individual's reaction to the operation. If you're already in pain and swelling now, it will get better over the new few days hopefully.

Hope you have a good recovery.
