Just got of the phone from a huge argument, who is right and who is wrong?!?

My friend Katy got invited to the same party as my friend Holly. (jame's party). They didn't even know each other before I introduced them and since only met up 3 or 4 times.

I'm not invited to the party and they are both going there together and coming back. Getting ready and everything. When she's MY friend. Katy went behind my back and arranged stuff with her.

So in the phone call she was saying things like 'Well I count her as a friend now'. And 'Holly said you could come round before if you wanted'. Why should I get permission from Katy to see if I can see Holly?!

Who is right and who is wrong! Please let me know!

why were you not invited?

they could have asked the person who's party it is, if you could come.

katy/holly is not only your friend unfortunately, they're free to do other stuff with other friends without you.

unfortunately, if youre not invited and cant get an invite to the same party you have to just let them go, for all you know they might go and fall out with each other the party might suck bigtime and they'll be wishing they were doing stuff with you

but they're not gonna want to do that if your arguing with them. so dont be off with them dont come over as a spiteful jealous friend, try and keep your chin up and try and blag an invite to the party aswell. then all 3 of u can go. why couldnt you just turn up with them?

In this situation no one is right! This is like junior high drama. does it really matter who was friends with who first? maybe she shouldn't have been sneaky about the planning but you can talk it out with her tell her it hurt you that she did that and that you feel a little bit left out

No one is right. Your friend Katy can have other friends but if you feel that left out to have an argument then just tell her how you feel. And then you'll see if she is a real friend. Hope it works out
