Just got off my period 3 days ago?

and now today i went to use the bathroom and wiped and had blood in it but looked kind of brown at first so i wiped a few more times and it was blood then i came to wipe again and nothing so i put a pad on incase.. any ideas as of why i was bleeding.. this month my period was 10 days late negative for pregnancy and had my period for 6 days and 3 days later now this..?? please help! im 20 by the way

Being stressed about something (regardless of whether the thing causing the stress was good or bad) can sometimes cause this kind of bleeding.  I've had it happen to me a few times, but this is just an example only.

Infection such as bacterial vaginosis (an example only) can also sometimes cause this kind of bleeding/spotting.

The only way to find out for sure what is going on is to see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
