i really dont think u should go to work for at least 3 days

ur gonna swell up and its not fun

Don't count on anything healing quickly.

I JUST got mine removed yesterday and my mouth is swollen and I look like a chipmunk and the pain is out of this world at times.

Ibuprofen!!!

No smoking, rinse as instructed by the dentist. and it will only heal as fast as it will heal, i was back to 90% after 1 week(very little pain) good luck i worked the next day as well.  do not operate heavy machinery while on the pain meds.
