okay so my lil girl is almost 6 months old. as every1 does she gains weight. well i got that jelly roll haha that im seriously needing to get rid off. its not that bad, but considering before i had my baby i had abs + when i sat down it didnt hang over. i have a 6 sec ab + a ab lounge. or i could just do sit ups or crunches. which one should do the best effect, and how long should it take me to get back fit and my belly tight if i work at it everyday atleast for 30min. also too i eat mainly just fruits and veggies, and a small portion of meat, so im watching what i eat + i barely ever eat junk food.
