I WEIGH 152, I HAVE A MEDIUM BONE STRUCTURE AND AM 5 FOOT 6 I WANT A FLAT STOMACH AND NOT REALLY MUSCULAR ARMS YOU KNOW? I AM NOT ONE TO STARVE MYSELF. I EAT WHATEVER I WANT IN MODERATION. iM NOT SURE HOW TO EXERCISE TO GET A FLAT STOMACH, SMALL ABS AND NO MASCULAR ARMS. I GET MUCLE REALLY EASY AND I HATE IT. I JUST WANT TO BE TONED WITH FLAT STOMACH BUT I AM NOT SURE IF I CAN BECAUSE MY RIBS ARE LIKE CHICKEN RIBS. PLEASE SHOW ME WHAT YOU DO AND WHAT KIND OF STOMACH YOU WORK FOR IF YOU CAN. THANKS.
