Just had my asda del but they have missed half of my shopping what happens?

hi just got the shopping and since unpacking have noticed they have forgotten nearly half of it have rung them up and they said the factory will ring back sometime today but anyway i was woundering if this has happened to anyone else and what they have done about it apart from giving you your shopping and also im expecting them to still deliver it to me today
