Just installed V+ with Virgin Media but the size of the tv programmes arent going to the full size of the tv?

I think bbc1, 2,stv, channel 4 & channel 5 are fine but as soon as i turn it to living etc it goes smaller.

It is a 42" plasma hd ready. I know virgin V+ boxes are hd also and as far as the virgin engineer told me, its plug in through hd socket.

Surely there must be a way to view ALL programmes full screen?

Its not the tv settings itself as i have flicked through the different sizes & it doesnt change it. Its not a fault with the tv its just happened since this morning with V+ being installed & im sure it has to be something to do with that?

go into  your settings in your v+ box  select viewings and alter your screen size to16 .9 that should sort it
